SMS / TEXT MESSAGING TERMS

These SMS Terms govern text messages sent by Regener8 Health & Wellness, LLC ("Regener8," "we," "our," "us") to you. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to these SMS Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Terms of Service.

  1. Program description

Regener8 sends text messages for the following purposes:

  • Account and clinical — appointment confirmations, reminders, lab-result availability, prescription shipping notifications, intake follow-up.

  • Care coordination — messages from your care team about your wellness program.

  • Promotional (only if you opt in) — limited offers, program updates, educational content.

  1. Opting in

You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on a Regener8 form, replying YES to a confirmation text, providing your number to a Regener8 staff member with verbal consent, or otherwise affirmatively agreeing to receive texts. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

  1. Message frequency

Frequency varies based on your activity (visits, prescriptions, program enrollment). You should expect:

  • Up to several account/clinical messages per week during active care.

  • Up to 4 promotional messages per month if you opted into marketing.

  1. Costs

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. Regener8 does not charge for the messages themselves.

  1. How to get help or stop messages

  • Reply HELP at any time for assistance, or contact support@regener8now.com.

  • Reply STOP at any time to cancel. You will receive one final confirmation text and will not receive further marketing or non-essential messages from that program.

  • Opting out of SMS does not opt you out of email or postal communications. Some clinical messages may continue if they are required for safe care; we will tell you if that's the case and how to receive them another way.

You may also email optout@regener8now.com to opt out of all marketing channels.

  1. Carrier disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported U.S. carriers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, US Cellular, Boost, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile, and others. Service availability depends on your carrier and device.

  1. Privacy and HIPAA

We do not include detailed clinical information in standard SMS. Standard SMS is not encrypted end-to-end, and we treat it as an unsecured channel. By opting in, you accept the risk of receiving non-clinical messages by SMS. Sensitive clinical information is communicated through the patient portal or other secure channels.

  1. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and the account holder of, or otherwise authorized to use, the mobile number you provide.

  1. Changes

We may update these SMS Terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, communicated by email or text.
